Roger Park is a small, primarily residential Tucson neighborhood. West Limberlost Drive is the northern border of Roger Park, and West Roger Road is its southern border. North Oracle Road serves as the eastern border of Roger Park, and North Fairview Avenue is its western border.

Several popular stores lie along North Oracle Road, within easy walking distance of anywhere in the Roger Park neighborhood. Among these stores are Super Target, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Borders, Sports Authority, and Michael’s Arts and Crafts. If these stores are not enough, two massive shopping meccas of Tucson are just to the north: the Tucson Mall (which houses major stores and restaurants like the California Pizza Kitchen) and the Oracle Ridge Plaza Shopping Center.

The Valley of the Moon, a historical Tucson landmark, is to the east of Roger Park. It was built in the 1920s by George Phar, who aimed to nurture the imaginations of children. It is a theater, yet it houses garden miniatures, swimming spots, cliffs, and even caves. The Arizona Historical Society, located within the Tucson Convention Center Building, is only a few miles south of Roger Park, and it is a major force in preserving the history of the greater Tucson area.

Roger Park is a great neighborhood for golfing enthusiasts. The Play It Again Sports, with up-to-date golfing equipment and supplies, is within walking distance of anywhere in the community. The Tucson National Golf Course is northwest of the Roger Park neighborhood. Golftec is less than a half-mile northeast of the community, while Golf Galaxy is less than a mile to its north.
