Jacksonville’s Biltmore neighborhood is located approximately three miles northeast from Downtown. Situated in the 32254 zip code of Duval County, Biltmore is south of Pritchard Road and east of Imeson Road. Nearby neighborhoods include Allendale, Picketville, and Bulls Bay.

The community contains a mixture of businesses and single-family residences. The southeast section is more of a small-business district while the central and northern area offers more housing options. Home construction also varies from ranch-style dwellings like those found in the northern area to manufactured homes that can be found on Lane Avenue North.

Near the southeastern section of the neighborhood is Biltmore Elementary School on West Palm Avenue. This school is in the Allendale neighborhood where the prestigious Paxon School for Advanced Studies is located. Paxon Middle School is also in Allendale only minutes away from Biltmore. Approximately one mile to the northeast of the community is Tiger Academy, which is a public school serving younger grades but has a more rigorous academic standard than is found in the general public schools.

There are a variety of smaller businesses in the general area to serve the needs of local residents. For larger chain stores, residents are only a few miles north of Gateway Shopping Center and 5 Points West Shopping Center. Specialty shops, art galleries, and museums are conveniently located in Downtown Jacksonville.

A popular recreational area for Biltmore residents is Woodstock Park, located south of the community in the Woodstock neighborhood. This more than 14-acre park provides various athletic fields, picnic areas, playground equipment, tennis courts, paved walking trails, and a shuffleboard area. Woodstock Park also offers a community center along with a ceramics building where residents can enjoy a variety of activities. The community center and park are available for special events, including weddings.
