Alyson Pond is a community that lies to the Northeast of Raleigh, just minutes from Interstate 540 (Northern Wake Expressway) and Litchford Road. The neighborhood is named for the small pond that lies between Coxindale Drive, Wheeling Drive and Yucca Trail. The neighborhood offers an Olympic-sized pool, playground, and tennis courts in addition to a clubhouse.

Running up to the back of the neighborhood is Durant Nature Park, with 237 acres of parkland with two small lakes. Fall’s Point Shopping Center is also quite close to Alyson Pond, only a few minutes North. Many shops and eateries are featured at Fall’s Point, which is located at the corner of Durant Road and Falls of Neuse Road, only a short four minute drive away.

Residents of Alyson Pond have the opportunity to join the North Ridge Country Club, which offers professionally designed golf courses, tennis, swimming, fitness, dining and special events to its members. They also host many golf and charity events for the community throughout the year.

Another popular spot nearby is the Millbrook Exchange Park, which offers year-round swimming, an off-leash dog park, ball fields and many activities throughout the year for the community. There is also a Community Center at the park, with rental space available.
