Residents of the Dunleith neighborhood don’t have to go far to play a round of golf. This upscale development looks out at the fourth, fifth, and sixth holes of the Wakefield Plantation Golf Course in Raleigh.

Wakefield Baptist Church is just outside the neighborhood boundaries, on the north end. Calvary Chapel and St. John Episcopal Church, both on Durham Road, are also nearby. Three shopping malls, Wakefield Crossing, Wakefield Commons, and the Shoppes at Caveness Farms, are all within a one-mile radius. A golf shop and the City Market Barber & Style Shop are inside the Wakefield Plantation borders.
