Cat: Up to 2 are permitted
- No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. One-time pet fees (non-refundable) are based on the weight of the animal. Pets under 25 lbs will be $300 with any additional pet under 25 lbs being an additional $150. All pets between 25 lbs and 75 lbs pounds will be include one-time charges of $500 for the first pet and $250 for any additional pet between 25 lbs and 75 lbs. No aggressive breeds will be allowed.
