We are located in North Dallas, just over a mile from the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD) and can be reached from UTD on the Free Shuttle Bus Line 883. We are a short walk to many restaurants, a shopping center and two supermarkets. We have fully equipped kitchens, a free fitness center, a business center with free use of computers, free printing and free WiFi. We also have a free swimming pool with free WiFi. And we offer free pickups at the airport during August for incoming UTD students.

- We are pet friendly! We allow a maximum of two pets, combined weight not to exceed a total of 75 pounds, and we exclude aggressive breeds. Our pet deposit is $300 total paid on move in for one pet - $150 is a non refundable fee, the other $150 is a refundable deposit. For two pets -- $400 total paid on move in, $200 is a non refundable fee, the other $200 is refundable.
