Located close to everything, you can reach any destination within minutes from the doorstep. In the upstairs unit, guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Inside, the cozy open-concept living and dining rooms are to the left, featuring a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a Smart TV. The large farm table with two benches and two chairs is perfect for gathering and enjoying meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes essential kitchenware items. The first bedroom has two full beds and an attached half bathroom, the second has a full bed, armchair, and Smart TV, and the third bedroom has a king bed. The full bathroom is in the hall with a shower/tub combination. A charcoal grill is available for use outside. The lower-level unit features an open-concept floor plan with a living room, dining space, and kitchen. The living space has a large Smart TV and a queen sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essential kitchenware items needed to prepare meals. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The home is situated in a residential area, just an 8-minute drive to Ascension St. Vincent's East Hospital, a 7-minute drive to Walmart Supermarket, and a 13-minute drive to Holiday Inn Birmingham.
