A private sleeping loft, sitting area, kitchen, and bathroom are all contained within the studio apartment. This is truly a one-of-a-kind, handmade space with incredible proximity to the best Birmingham has to offer.
Air conditioning is available via window units. Heating is available via central furnace plus additional portable electric radiators and a wall-mounted gas heater.
For sleeping accommodations, there is a full-size mattress in the sleeping loft, plus a full-size daybed on the main floor that can be easily converted into a sleeping area. Please note that the sleeping loft is accessed only by a long ladder.
