All lease prices are for a 12-month lease term. The shortest lease term we offer up front is anywhere between 7 to 11 months for +$50/month. Due to COVID-19, we have continued our suspension of apartment tours at this time. We want to do our best to protect our residents, staff, and prospects. We are so sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, we do not have any vacant or model units to show. However, we do have pictures + video of most of our units before the current tenants moved in! Edgewood Terrace has a $110 flat rate, monthly utility fee that covers hot and cold water, sewer, pest control, 24-hour emergency maintenance and trash service. This utility fee is paid in one lump sum monthly on top of rent. The only utilities paid separately are electric, gas (for heat and/or stove), and cable and internet.
These units do not feature washer and dryer connections, but there is on-site coin laundry for tenants to use.
Pets are welcome with a $600 pet fee per animal, and a 3 pet limit per apartment. Breed restrictions for dogs may apply. 35 lb. weight limit for pets in second/top floor units.
