This home is a clean and well-appointed two-bedroom, one-bathroom ranch. This home is total of 4 rooms. One large living area, with a living room area, desk and chair, and kitchen. The kitchen has been updated with new appliances, cabinets and granite countertops, and there is a stackable washing machine and dryer. There is also an electric stove with an oven, cookware, utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave and full size refrigerator. Bed linens and towels for four guests is provided. High speed Wi-Fi is included, with access to the router. The unit has central heat and air conditioning but we ask that you turn the thermostat no higher than 70 degrees in the winter and no lower than 72 degrees in the summer. However, we don't want you to suffer. If you must adjust outside of those boundaries, please set the thermostat back prior to leaving. There is a smart television that allows guests to log into streaming accounts. Street and driveway parking is available. Utility stipend, WiFi, lawn maintenance, and pest control control included in rent.
