If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property at all times, including holidays. The house features a lockbox at the front door for access, with the code provided upon check-in.
