With a supermarket, great restaurants, and other nearby stores, everything you need is within reach. Guests will climb a few stairs to the front door and enter using a digital keypad. The beautiful and modern living room offers comfortable accommodations during the day and can be used to sleep guests on the sofa bed at night. The fully equipped kitchen and well-appointed dining room are through the living room. The house features four bedrooms and one open room converted into an extra sleeping space. Two of the bedrooms, both with two full beds, are upstairs along with one full bathroom. The additional two bedrooms and open room plus two full bathrooms are on the main level. Outside, a BBQ and patio furniture are available for use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Conveniently located in a residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates, the house is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and Alabama State University. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house features a digital keypad at the front door for full and private access, with the code provided upon check-in.
