This is beautiful house located in Eagle River in a very quiet neighborhood close to Walmart. It has a large backyard the has a wooden fence on 3 sides and a snow fence on the other with a deck and outdoor fire ring. Heated garage that fits a large SUV with room on the sides. The master bedroom has views of the backyard. Comes with an air conditioning unit located in 2 rooms that cools the house. Pets are on approval and will require and additional deposit. I have a small snow removing machine and lawn mower and weed eater. Tenants are expected to upkeep their maintenance if they choose to use. Small shed in the back to store gardening supplies. Plenty of gardening opportunities and 2 large rhubarb plants that produce amazing rhubarb.
