Rural living. Still working on the landscaping. A one bedroom, one bath fully furnished new home built in a 40 foot long and 9 feet high shipping container. Includes a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and living room, and sliding glass patio door. 25 minutes to the nearest town Anthem, where they have the Anthem Outlets, Walmart and restaurants. Clinics, doctor's and dental offices, childcare. 45 minutes to downtown Phoenix. 1-1/2 hours to Flagstaff. We do live in a house on the premises with separate residences. Still working on the landscaping. 25 minutes to the Anthem Community Park with soccer fields, basketball, swimming, splash pad, playground, volleyball and baseball fields. Catch and release fishing. We are a 1/4 mile from the National Forest with plenty of hiking trails.
