Rancho Vistoso Neighborhood

Located in Oro Valley, Arizona, the neighborhood of Rancho Vistoso is an affluent community. Streets in this area include East Plaza Meseta Dorada and North Plaza Meseta De Oro. These Arizona homes are beautiful and spacious. They are custom-built, and many have swimming pools. The roofs are mission tiled, and the views are spectacular. Rancho Vistoso is ideal for families.

There are a number of restaurants in the vicinity of this neighborhood. Cafe in Sun City Vistoso is within walking distance. Cibaria Cucina Italiana on North Oracle Road serves delicious pasta and other Italian dishes. Dragon Village is a favorite with the locals for Asian cuisine.

Schools near the area include both public and private options. Painted Sky Elementary School on North Woodburne Avenue is less than two miles away. Other conveniently located schools are Pusch Ridge Christian Academy, Casas Adobes Baptist School, Copper Creek Elementary School, and Ironwood Ridge High School.

For shoppers, the Foothills Mall is a large outlet shopping center and is home to such retailers as Nike and Saks Fifth Avenue Off Fifth. There are several golf courses near Rancho Vistoso, including Vistoso Golf Club and The Views Golf Club. Catalina State Park is less than three miles from the area and is a popular place for a weekend of camping. This park is located at the base of mountains and offers a relaxing experience.

Rancho Vistoso is about 17 miles north of downtown Tucson and its many attractions. This distance is completely reasonable for an outing to the city. The neighborhood is 27 miles from the Tucson International Airport.
