Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission and only one towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM daily. The home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. Minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
