I have a furnished loft style barn for rent. It is on a private lot with a private entrance across the street from a beautiful Park there is one bedroom and two baths the rent is $1,900 a month (prorated based on the date of move in) with a $950 deposit. I am looking for a quiet person or couple, that makes at least $6,000.00/month. I do credit checks and income verification. The lease can be month to month or 12 months, whichever you would prefer. All utilities are included in the rent as well as internet. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The yard is approximately a 1/2 acre. Dogs are ok.
