Home is friendly to a max of 1 spayed/neutered dog 35 lbs or under with $350 pet fee. We don't list of Craigslist OR Facebook Market place so any ads there are scams! Base rent doesn't include 3% monthly admin fee. $50 non-refundable application fee per person 18 and over. Full security deposit of $1399 + $250 non-ref admin fee is due upon approval. Move in date must be between 7 & 30 days from lease signing/payment of security deposit. If moving in on or after the 5th then pro-rated current month rent is due as well as the following full month.
