About my Golden Girls rental: 3 room apartment for 1 person in the bottom level of my home. Includes bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, quite a bit of storage, 1 garage space. Shared laundry room, all beautiful outdoor space. Prefer no animals unless service animal. No drugs. Smoking outside away from the home and people. Home is 3 stories so able to do stairs is necessary. Home is on a hill 3.5 miles from downtown Prescott. We do occasionally get snow. 3 single females currently live here. Kind of a Golden Girls situation. We are each 60+. My guy is here often as well. He is retired LEO. Drama free and happy. Gets along well with others!
