Rental rate includes ALL utilities. (water, sewer, garbage, internet, TV). Minimum stay is 3 months. No pets, No smoking. Security deposit $1500 and is fully refundable. $300 non refundable cleaning fee. Credit and background check required unless all rent and fees paid in advance. Costs are for 2 full time tenants, additional costs for more than 2 renters.
