Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, resulting in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. No parties or events are allowed. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. There's a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with the noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+) are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; violators will be reported to the police and the contract will be immediately terminated.
