Since 1999, the Castle Apartments have been serving Tucsonans seeking a safe, quiet and affordable residence in the heart of central Tucson. This 32 unit, family owned and operated apartment community is located just half a mile from the University of Arizona and less than a mile from Downtown Tucson, and popular shopping and dining destination 4th Avenue. All apartments are air conditioned, and water, gas and trash disposal are paid with the cost of rent. WIFI is also available for only $20 per month! Amenities include a swimming pool, a full size basketball court, bar-b-que, laundry facilities and free off-street parking. Available now; Apartment #29: This large one bedroom apartment is the most sought after unit at Castle Apartments! This second floor apartment is the top of our Castle tower. The apartment features a unique round bedroom with a nearly 360 degree view. This tower apartment has 14 foot ceilings and large windows with lots of natural light. The kitchen has a countertop eating area, and this is one of the few units in the building with a bathtub. See pictures below. Monthly rent is $915 (single occupancy) including gas, water, and trash disposal. This apartment is available now. The lease must begin no later than May 1st and will end July 29, 2026. The apartment includes a full size bed, a sleeper sofa, A TV and TV stand, a dinette table with seating for 2 and all major appliances (no dishwasher). Utilities and WIFI are included. Cable and linens are not included. Monthly rent is $1095 (single occupancy). The lease must begin no later than May 1st. Short and long term leasing options are available. This apartment has large windows with a lot of natural light and lots of wooden beamwork. The monthly rent is $895 (single occupancy) including gas and water. Apartment #15: First floor studio apartment with a walk in closet and a swimming pool view. The monthly rent is $815 (single occupancy) including gas and water. Apartment #26: Large 2nd floor expanded studio apartment. This apartment has a large walk in closet and a view of the community backyard area. The monthly rent is $840 (single occupancy) including gas and water Available August 3rd (Lease will begin August 1st and end July 29, 2026) Apartment #17: Large 2nd floor one bedroom apartment with large windows and a swimming pool view. The monthly rent is $925 (single occupancy) including gas and water. Dogs are not allowed at Castle Apartments. Cats and other small pets may be allowed with applicable pet deposit, but pets are not allowed in our furnished units. Smoking is not allowed in the building. All rental prices are single occupancy. Rental prices for our unfurnished units include gas, water and trash disposal. A low flat-rate electricity fee of $80 is added to the rental price for all unfurnished apartments. Additional rental fees ($100 per month) will be added for double occupancy. Furnished apartments include all major utilities and WIFI, cable is not included.
