Campbell Grant Neighborhood

The absolutely gorgeous neighborhood of Campbell Grant lies within walking distance of the University of Arizona. It is a favorite spot for older students to live, work, and play. Conner Park is one of the prettiest in all of Tucson, featuring a large play set for children, and tall trees that residents enjoy sitting under to read.

Campbell Grant is mostly residential, but it also has quite a number of businesses. Being centrally located in Tucson means that residents from other neighborhoods will often come through the area, especially to the Campbell Plaza Shopping Center and the many shops along Campbell Avenue.

The residents of Campbell Grant are represented at the city level by the local Neighborhood Association, which is quite active in applying for and receiving grants from the city of Tucson. The neighborhood has received grants allowing them to beautify and significantly improve the neighborhood.
