The spacious apartment boasts luxury amenities and plenty of natural light throughout. It sleeps six with three beds, including two queen beds and a queen pullout bed. The cozy living room is perfect for relaxation, and the kitchen is equipped with all amenities and appliances needed for staying in. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, and there's a back patio with seating. The shared outdoor area includes bike racks and a bike wash station. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, a $1000 fine will be imposed. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
