After a long day out on the trails, settle into one of the five luxury bedrooms, each equipped with Smart TVs and ample storage. This property is pet-friendly with a small fee, allowing dogs with a maximum of three. A fee of $90 per dog is required prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas’ premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. Whether you choose to walk, drive, or ride your bike around town, you'll find plenty to explore and enjoy. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
