When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of the three private bedrooms all located on the second floor: the primary bedroom with a king-size bed, smart TV, an attached bathroom, a desk space, and a private balcony with seating; the second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a nearby bathroom; and the third bedroom with two XL twin beds and a nearby bathroom. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
