The apartment boasts two living rooms, both with deck access, a pool table, board games, and a downstairs kitchenette with a full-size fridge, microwave, and bar seating. Enjoy two jet-powered bathtubs, a fire pit, a Keurig coffee maker, and luxury linens in all bedrooms. The main level features a living room with massive windows offering a full view of the furnished upper deck overlooking Beaver Lake. The first bedroom includes a Queen-size bed, luxury linens, and a skylight. A bunk room with 3 bunk beds and a 50-inch Samsung Smart TV is perfect for younger guests. The state-of-the-art kitchen and open living and dining spaces lead to a giant upper-level deck. The private master suite includes a King-size bed, an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, and private deck access. Downstairs, a secondary living space features a pool table, kitchenette, board games, and a 75-inch LG Smart TV, along with another master suite with a King-size bed and en suite bathroom. Guests will have access to the entire house, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Basic amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes. Located on Beaver Lake, guests have direct access to the lake via a walking path from the backyard to the waterfront. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered will incur a fine of $400. The fireplace is not for guest use. A 4-wheel or all-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended due to the steep driveway. Water levels may change due to environmental factors, and cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. Access the lake at your own risk, and children 16 and under must wear life vests, which are provided in the laundry room.
