Kid-friendly amenities such as a high chair, children's dishware, and a pack-n-play are available, along with extra linens, towels, and pillows in all bedrooms and bathrooms. A washer and dryer are also provided for guest use. Guests have access to the entire house, excluding the garage, and all appliances and amenities. Basic amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies if needed. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation.
