When you're not indulging in Fayetteville's awesome food scene, you'll be able to whip up your favorite dishes in the fully stocked kitchen with dining space for four. The primary suite features a king-size bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom. There is also a queen-size pull-out couch in the living room. Free parking is available for guests. Home to the University of Arkansas, amazing local restaurants and shops, and popular bike trails, Fayetteville does not disappoint. Whether you're visiting the University or getting a taste of the favorite local eats, there's something for everyone. Located nearby the downtown square and the U of A, public transit, bike trail access, and ride share options are available. Guests will have access to the entire apartment, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. Amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. Guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. If an unapproved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. Pets are not allowed, and any discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
