Enjoy the outdoor hexagon-shaped deck with a propane BBQ grill and plenty of seating, perfect for relaxation under the shade of a massive tree. Dogs are welcome with a maximum of three per stay, and a fee of $90 per dog is required prior to your stay. Dogs discovered without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Situated on a quiet country road, the property is within walking distance of Beaver Lake, just 0.5 miles away, and Hickory Creek Marina, 1.1 miles away. Enjoy the serenity of a private acre of land, complete with shade trees and ample parking in the gravel driveway and covered carport. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unapproved parties or events will result in a $1000 fine. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will incur a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
