Piney Point is ideal for those who enjoy the outdoors or are looking to get away from it all for a relaxing vacation. Step into this home and be greeted by large windows displaying stunning lake views and an open concept living room and dining space. The living room offers cozy seating, a large Smart TV, a spacious dining table that seats 8, and a fully stocked kitchen with access to the patio space. Head downstairs for another living area featuring a large couch, a Smart TV, and a variety of board games. Outside, enjoy the picturesque shore of Beaver Lake from the patio spaces, grill a perfect meal, enjoy the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub spa. Access the lake directly from the yard by walking down to the rocky shoreline. Guests will have access to the entire house, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. The house is located off a gravel street with nearby neighboring houses in the lake's cove. It's just a short drive to Downtown Rogers, 13 miles away. Beaver Lake is accessible through the backyard by entering the shoreline, and the nearest marina and boat ramp is Prairie Creek Marina, 17 miles away. This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. The fireplace shown in the living room photos is not functional. The docks in the cove are privately owned and not available for guest use. Water levels are subject to change due to environmental factors outside of the host’s control, which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. An unapproved party or event will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
