It sleeps 10 with 2 king-size beds, 2 queen-size beds, a twin pullout bed, and a full pullout bed. Enjoy a cozy living space with ample seating and a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, board games, and a game room with a foosball table, pinball table, and Galaga Arcade game console. The large, fully stocked kitchen has all the amenities of home, and a fully stocked laundry room is available for guest use. Fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay. Guests will have access to the entire house (besides the garage), all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get started on your trip. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional items for personal use if they run out during their stay. An exterior camera covers the backyard and pool area for security. When you walk through the front door, you'll enter a hallway that leads directly to the living room, featuring a cozy sectional and four lounge chairs. Settle in for a movie on the 55-inch Samsung Smart TV or cozy up next to the fire with a good book. Off the living room, you'll find a dining room with a round table that seats up to six people. Through the dining room, a hallway leads to a large, fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to create your favorite meal, baked goods, or cup of coffee. Above the garage, another lounge area features a futon, two beanbag chairs, a 24-inch Vizio Smart TV, and board games. At the end of the day, settle into one of the luxury beds: the first bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closet, 50-inch Smart Vizio TV, desk area, accent chair, and en-suite bath; the second bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, accent chair, and en-suite bath; the third bedroom has two queen-size beds, two closets, and an en-suite bath; and the full-size and twin-size pullout beds are in the lounge area above the garage. Out back, enjoy the patio and backyard with a private pool, lounge area, bar with seating for six, and a propane grill. When not at home, drive a couple of miles down the road to enjoy the local food, drinks, and shops of Downtown Springdale. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. The fireplace is currently non-operational, and the garage is not available for guests. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation.
