The second basement living room offers seating, a kitchenette, and a bar area. Enjoy board games, card games, and puzzles, along with a kid-friendly environment featuring a Pack 'n Play and Baby Stair Gate. The large double-decker patio includes a BBQ grill, plenty of seating, a dining table, and a porch swing. A fully equipped laundry closet is available for guest use, and fresh towels and linens are provided. The property offers plenty of parking in the driveway, including a covered carport and a two-car garage, all available for guest use. Eagle's Bluff is conveniently located just 0.8 miles from War Eagle Marina and 9.5 miles from Downtown Springdale. The trail can be steep in some spots, but picnic tables and benches are available along the way. The property is neighbored by our sister property, 'Eagle's View,' which can accommodate additional guests if needed. On-street parking and parking in front of the driveway leading to the home below are not permitted. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes. The property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
