Property Id: 660002 Rarely on the market!!! This is a very quiet apartment complex. Only 5 units. This part of central Ave is on a tree lined street with not a lot of traffic. The units have been very well cared for. The original hardwood floors are in perfect condition. It's a very quaint apartment. The kitchen has a back door so you can easily get to your barbecue or bicycle. There is an extra storage unit at no additional cost. Dogs are allowed as long as they aren't barkers!!! Like I said, it's a very quiet place!!! The unit should be finished around the 15th so you can move in at your leasher at no extra charge!!! Have a great day!!! Debbie
