Located in the middle of the block, a 144 unit complex called Park Alhambra. The unit is situated on a small bluff above the central grassy area next to the pool and outdoor spa. It is one of the nice locations in the complex. Another reason the location is nice, is because it is away from the street. The unit has thick walls (which prevent most all noise to/from neighbors), high ceilings, large windows and 2 large double window sliding doors, one from the living room, and one from the bedroom, which both open out to the private patio which has shelves and watering for plants. The unit is partially furnished with rugs and shelves. Owner pays for garbage which is picked up twice a week from outside the unit. Renter pays for electricity. First and last month rent due at lease signing. No smoking allowed. Renter is accountable for general cleanliness and general maintenance.
