(You may also use the coin/phone payable washers and dryers in the community laundry room next to the pool.) • The master bedroom has a wall AC and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has mirrored closet doors. • Both the master bathroom and the main bathroom have windows and porcelain tile floors. • All floors are easy-to-clean Porcelain or vinyl tile that have a simulated wood pattern. Exterior description: • an end unit in a single story building that has three condos. • Inside of the gated common area and not visible from the street. • 2 car garage with electric door opener • private patio, • swimming pool. Applicant Requirements: • Verifiable - good credit, stable and sufficient income, good references • Four people maximum - includes all ages. • No dogs allowed - will consider other pets. • Security deposit is $2000 with good credit and must be paid with the first month's rent as soon as the application is approved.
