Just to determine a average person cost...$19,850 divided by 16 residents equals...$ 1,241. per person, but because individuals choose between different size but all charming bedrooms and the number of occupants there is specific pricing where singles cost approx. $1,350. doubles cost approx. $1,225. and a triple occupancy in the largest bedroom costs approx. $1,100. per person. Therefore...16 individuals together will average each approximately $1,241/ month for 2738 Parker which remains one of the absolutely best maintained student houses on South side Berkeley...very close to campus but in a quiet respected neighborhood.
