Charming detached one bedroom guest house in the coveted Rancho neighborhood. We are awaiting building permits and the house is available now, fully furnished with bills included, on a TEMPORARY basis (1 to 4 months) I used to host on Airbnb and its fully outfitted with towels and cutlery and such. The house is cowboy chic, decorated as if your stylish granny needed a crash pad LA. Perhaps you have family from out of town for the holidays and looking for a longer vacation rental? or have a friend coming to town for a horse show at LAEC. or are looking for something temporary for yourself. Extra points if you have a horse or pets, this is an equestrian community and you will hear the clip clop of hoofbeats. We can talk about keeping a horse on the property. Enter to the living room, a sleeper sofa to your left, a large wood dining table looking out the window at the salt water pool and spa. Catch a glimpse of a horse and buggy going up the lane to their stables nearby. Small kitchen with gas stove and full sized fridge is to the right. A small corridor on the left leads to the bathroom with a build in shower. The bedroom is down a few steps with a double bed and has a french door to a small patio off the kitchen and high windows. The large patio at the front of the house shares the yard with a new build 3 bed house, new landscaping and the salt water pool and spa. The photos are old, the house has been painted and slightly updates. photos coming end of the week but I thought I should list it now for those escaping the fires.
