Home sleeps 4 couples or up to 8 guests including the convertible couch in the side living room. The fully stocked kitchen blends stone, steel and wood elements seamlessly and features a wine cooler and stainless steel Viking brand stainless steel appliances with a matching farm-style sink. Just around the corner, you can devour delicious homecooked meals at the lodge pole dining table for four. Claiming the opposite corner is a wood-carved wet bar with seating for 3. Flow effortlessly into an island of comfy leather couches and exposed beams and then another as you cross this spacious room. Don't worry the TV is large enough to be seen no matter your choice of seat although I vote for the one closest to the wood-burning fireplace. Maybe just skip it and take a seat in the private sauna that will have you warmed and steaming in no time! The outside area has a large grill, a fire pit table that doubles as a dining area for 8, a private hot tub, a spacious landscaped yard and plenty of different seating options to relax and take in the scenic view. Central location with easy access to many north and west shore ski hills, hikes, and beaches! SINGLE FAMILY HOME SLEEPS 8 in 4 BEDS ACROSS 1 STORY BEDROOM #1: One King Bed BEDROOM #2: One Queen BEDROOM #3: One Queen COMMON AREA (Living Room): One Convertible Couch POLICIES & DISCLOSURES • Must climb stairs to gain entry to the house but otherwise, house is single story. • Road to cabin is a private road with private plow service paid for by homeowners. One-way access in winter. • Garage and the unit above it are not included in the rental. This space will be unoccupied during the ski lease. • If use of the hot tub is not desired, it could be winterized and made unavailable during the ski lease (savings average $100/month). • Monthly housekeeping services included (2 hours per month) • Renter's Insurance required for duration of the ski lease term. • Snow Plow Contract to be obtained by Owner once lease is signed. Tenant shall reimburse owner for the cost of seasonal service in full OR Tenant can handle all snow removal on their own. • Term for entire ski lease is due upfront. See Broker if alternative payment terms are preferred. • Deposit equals 1 month's rent with ski lease term paid in advance. • No pets allowed.
