The condo is within easy driving distance of many shops, beaches, sights and restaurants on Santa Clause Lane (3 mins); the historic beach town of Carpinteria (6 mins); ritzy Montecito; laid back Summerland; and gorgeous Santa Barbara (15-20 mins).
