Gas BBQ with tools. Table and eight chairs on grass patio. One covered parking space included, with guest parking. Gated community & pool. The condo is within easy driving distance of many shops, beaches, sights and restaurants on Santa Clause Lane (3 mins); the historic beach town of Carpinteria (6 mins); ritzy Montecito; laid back Summerland; and gorgeous Santa Barbara (15-20 mins). A dedicated Amtrak station in Carpinteria serves the Pacific Surfliner from San Diego to San Louis Obispo. Ideal for polo manager, patron or high goal player seasonal accommodation.
