COMING DECEMBER 15, 2024. This home is located at the intersection of Parker Rd and Arena Drive in Castaic. It is a two story, 1933 sq feet. It has a total of 4 Bedrooms, which are all located upstairs. It also has 2.5 baths, two full bathrooms with shower, one large tub in the master bedroom, and toilets upstairs and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs. There is one gas fireplace downstairs in the living room. The laundry room located upstairs.There is an attached 2 car garage with clickers.
