No smoking and No Pets. Water/Sewer/ Garbage Paid. You can pick up an application outside of the resident manager's unit. You can then drop off the application(s)(everyone 18 or older who plans to live in the unit must fill out an application), along with the application fee(s)($40 per person 18 and over), photocopy of your driver's license or other photo ID, and two months worth of your most recent pay stubs or other items that provide proof of income, to the resident manager during the office hours of 3:30pm to 5pm, Monday through Friday, or through the drop slot of the resident manager's door if it is outside of office hours.
