This home in Old Town Clovis. A block away from Farmers Market and all the wonderful events , shopping and coffee Clovis offers. During the Christmas holidays, Santa's Carriage goes right by the house. It is original wood floors, wooden windows and wooden screens and cabinets. A great front porch to sit out and enjoy the surroundings. This house is known as Ruby’s House in Old Town with a sign hanging from the porch. It has tall ceiling and crown moulding. There is a shower only and no bathtub. More pictures to follow soon.A credit check is required with income to be 2.5 monthly rent or $3750 a month. No smoking , drugs. NO ANIMALS. Please dont ask. The yard is not set up for animals. Pest and yard service are included in rent.
