Inside the home there is an electric unit for heating/cooling, a laundry area that sits off the kitchen (with electric hook-ups), an open living room/dining area and a kitchen that is equipped with a refrigerator and stove/cooktop. The tenant is responsible for maintaining the immediate front/backyard, and for paying the propane filling, PGE and garbage expenses. The yearly propane tank rental fee and pest control for rodents is paid for by the property owner.
