It is required that the entire application is completed. Failure to supply information can mean denial of the application. Applications are good for 6 months, and can be transferred to any available units. Once your application has been approved and you have been offered the property we will draw up a lease agreement, and within 24 hours tenant must sign and pay security deposit, otherwise we will offer it to the next applicant.
