The common areas are fully equipped with a mounted 82” smart TV, two eero wifi extender/mesh routers, couches, a large dining table, bar/wine rack, kitchen appliances (including two ovens, gas stove, dishwasher, commercial blender, air fryer, dishware, cookware, extra pantry storage space, and more). There is also guest-friendly loft with a queen bed, privacy screen for visitors and an extra closet for tenant use. Rooms are unfurnished but owner has optional items available to help furnish bedrooms if needed, and at no extra cost. Enjoy a beautiful front yard garden with vibrant flowers and back yard with growing fruit trees, a small greenhouse and six planter beds available for gardening enthusiasts. The backyard also includes patio furniture, a BBQ, and a smoker—perfect for outdoor gatherings. The longest term tenant who lives in the one of the upstairs bedroom is a quiet, friendly Navy veteran who works in the medical field and has two cats that stay in his room. The other upstairs bedroom was just rented to another tenant who is active duty military. Rooms are available the first week of April. Some tenant screenings and a security deposit required. Military preferred (the home is 5-7 min to the Fallbrook gate entering Camp Pendleton) but it is also very close to the high school and middle school. Trained pets only considered on a case-by-case basis and will require an extra deposit. Tenants are responsible for splitting utilities amongst themselves, but owner covers solar, HOA, quarterly pest control, landscaping and a portion of water costs to maintain landscaping. Utilities split among 4 would typically range between $120-180, but less if split among 5.
