Looking for a clean, quiet and responsible roommate to share home in an upscale gated community. Available February 1st. No couples, also no drugs, no pets. Already have a dog so must be a fur baby lover :) Everything is in included in the rent: utilities, maid service and HOA dues. You'll have your own room and a shared guest bathroom with one other lady roommate. Looking for another lady who is proactive, mature and doesn't have to be asked to take out the trash if they notice it's full, wash the dish towels if they notice they're dirty, grab more dish soap at the store if we're low or pick up something if they notice it's been laying there a while. You know, common sense, mature, adult team player stuff -) 6 month lease with possibility for month to month after that. $55 background check and credit check if you decide to apply. Deposit is $350 non-refundable instead of requiring first and last months rent. Email if interested.
