Natoma Station Neighborhood

Natoma Station is a neighborhood in Folsom, California. Folsom is northeast of Sacramento. The borders of Natoma Station are Blue Ravine Boulevard to the north, Iron Point Road to the south, and Folsom Boulevard on the west. Natoma Station is a neighborhood that was created in the late 1980s. There are several different developments in the neighborhood that were built by different contractors. As a result of the different developers, there is a variety of sizes of homes and lots, and there is diversity in style.

Waterford Place Apartments are located in the Natoma Station neighborhood. Units come in four styles with one to three bedrooms. They include free Internet in public areas, two pools, and a spa. The complex is within walking distance of the outlet malls and the elementary school. Pets and children are welcome.

The Bungalows is a housing development of small California-style bungalows. These homes run around 1500 square feet and most have three bedrooms. They offer an ideal alternative to all the bigger houses. Oak Villas is a street near the outlet mall. There are smaller two-story homes with less than 1300 square feet. Some of them are available as rentals.

There are two schools in the Natoma Station neighborhood. Natoma Station Elementary School is a public school that serves Kindergarten to grade 6. It received a 9/10 great school rating. Brighton School Natoma Station is a private school with Kindergarten through grade 3, with the goal of eventually having students through 6th grade.

Folsom Lake Recreation Area and Lake Natoma are nearby and offer the opportunity for lots of outdoor activities. Hiking, biking, and fishing are just a few of the options available. For some retail therapy, head to the Folsom Premium Outlets, where 80 stores are sure to please.

Natoma Station is a community with a nice residential and commercial mix.
