Regular visits from deer, rabbits, songbirds, and nightly stargazing are included. Wild turkeys, hawks, and falcons show up periodically. Minutes from shopping, trains, and entertainment - miles away from city stress. There are a total of three roomies (two very quiet males already live in the other two rooms). These three roomies are the only ones using the living room, kitchen, laundry room, and deck. We (the owners) are friendly, caring people and live next door to the house. Utilities, Cable, Internet Access, Water, Garbage, and Access to Laundry & Common Area are shared amongst all tenants.
