This 3.8 acre park has a children’s playground, picnic areas, a tennis court, and is also the site of the Maple Park Community Center. The center, built in the 1960s and refurbished several times, features a multi-purpose room, kitchen, computer lab and gymnasium. Also nearby is Glendale community college which is located in the San Rafael Mountains overlooking the Glendale area valleys. The school has approximately 25,000 students.
